Admin Approval Needed on Active Accounts?
How do you solve the "need admin approval" problem? Multiple people are having the issue where they have active smartsheet accounts within our enterprise account but are receiving the need admin approval error. I can send a password reset link and then they can get in but it happens all the time. I have a user who was able to access their account at 12:05pm and by 12:35pm, they needed admin approval. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Contact your system admin, they might have to do something in the back end. You can identify them by going to your Account > Plan Info > Main Contact.

Hi Leroy,
I am the system admin. I cannot find any reason why active accounts within our enterprise account would be receiving the "admin approval needed" message.
