Why is the branching logic in my form not working?

I have logic set up in a dropdown field that says if this field contains X, show the Y field. My issue is that the Y field is showing regardless if X is selected from the dropdown or not. Anyone know why this is happening?

Can you share a screenshot of the logic as well as the form if possible?
It happens sometimes when this field appears in more than 1 logic so it shows because of the first one.
