Automating BRD Creation in Smartsheet

Currently managing projects in smartsheet is really straightforward, automated and everything you would expect.

One thing i believe we're missing is the ability to create the likes of BRD documents within the platform.

We do have forms, however this doesnt line up to the likes of a BRD that may want to take multiple actions without pre-defining how many, and also assign a status, priority, assignee to each action for 1 project.

Adding the ability to create dynamic documents via a document builder allowing changes to multiple columns relating to 1 project and its dependancies ranging over multiple rows would be ideal.

E.G

Project Name

Actions - This will be indented and each entry indented within this header, but the form would allow for multople actions to be added, and we would be able to assign the columns of that row accordingly.

Hoping this makes sense, any better worded re-itterations of this are welcome below!
