[Live in EAP] Phase integration between Resource Management and Smartsheet

Hi EAP Community, 

We are excited! 

Early access to Phase integration between Resource Management and Smartsheet is now available for our EAP members! 

Now, when phases (Initiation, Planning, Execution, etc.) are created in a project plan in Smartsheet, they automatically sync to Resource Management so users can perform further analysis at the phase level.

Here’s why you should be excited:

This update addresses needs around phase-level reporting, enhancing management of current projects and aiding in the planning of future work.

• Time tracking - Track and report time for specific project phases to determine if they are ahead or behind schedule
• Budget reports - Monitor which project phases are over or under budget
• Portfolio management - Report on phases across all projects within a portfolio or zoom in on a specific phase, and take action based on the insights

You must be on a Smartsheet Business or Enterprise plan, with Resource Management by Smartsheet added on. The org must also be using Smartsheet Authentication (Sign in with Smartsheet) to access Resource Management.
