How to change the owner of an APP we have developed?
Hi All, We currently experiencing an issue with an APP that we have developed in Smartsheet with a n Account in Smartsheet and does not exist in our IDP. Our company recently turned on SAML and now the APP is unable to authenticate because of this Account not existing. We have created a new account that is part of our IDP but we do not know how to change the owner of the APP. Is there a way to do it?

The Developer Account will be associated with a Smartsheet account. This means you have two options for your scenario:
- Add the original email to your iDP
- Sign in to the Smartsheet Account and change the email. See:
If you no longer have access to the Smartsheet Account associated with the Developer Account, you may need to work with your internal IT team to gain access to that email so you can sign in to Smartsheet and adjust the account settings.
In regards to the specific App that you built, Smartsheet will be unable to help with questions or updates there. You may want to post in StackOverflow, a developer community.
