Licensed User is Owner but Users Can't Edit Sheets
We transferred ownership of sheets from a user that left the company to a different licensed user. The user has a full SmartSheets license and shows as the owner of the sheets. However, neither she nor anyone else can make edits to the sheets.
I've opened a case with SmartSheet but have not had any response for a week now. Is there anything I can do on my end to resolve this issue without a ton of manual effort taking ownership of each sheet myself and then having her request access back?
Any ideas why this is happening (its the 2nd time now and the first time someone in Tier 2 of their support team had to fix something).
