How to fix video screen only partially loading-Reporting on Your Work,Part 2(Core App Learning Path)
I'm currently taking the Self-Paced Core App Learning Path via the Smartsheet University website. While taking the course Reporting on Your Work - Self-Paced, I had issues with the video in the lesson Reports, Part 2.
Part 1 video was fine, but from the start, Part 2 was cutting off the follow along example making it almost impossible to complete. Moving the mouse around the screen would eventually turn to a finger indicating where to click to continue, but I can't see what I'm clicking and getting nothing out of the lesson. Clicking Advance moves on to the next section with the same video problems.
I've tried restarting the course (retaking Part 1), restarting my computer, resizing the screen, clearing the browser cache, and tried 3 different browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox) to no avail.
Is anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

@Genevieve P. the partial screen loading issue is fixed, but the Part 2 is still glitchy.
While following the instructions for creating a sheet summary report, it says to return to the HR Reporting Example but nothing on the screen is clickable. Clicking Advance> is the only way to proceed and the narrators says "You can also share a report by publishing it…" Which implies that there was a first way to share a report that was skipped.
Then in the next section explaining how to send a report as an attachment, the popup form disappears after the narrator says to click on the Schedule link to view the options for setting a recurring report. Moving the mouse around will eventually turn into a hand when it finds the invisible link and clicking it causing the window to reappear.
In the next section about card view, you have to be hovering over the settings icon and click on it before the narrator stops talking or you can't continue. Once the narrator instructs you to click the Card View Settings and stops talking, clicking the settings icon doesn't work. It also sounds like the narrator is being cut off and jumping to the next talking point before finishing the current statement.
I stopped taking lesson at this point.
