Automation based off auto-date-stamps not always working
Hi,
I'm having intermittent trouble with a move-row-to-another-sheet automation triggering off of a Record a Date automation AND a user selecting a drop down.
Process- A user creates a PO and enters data into the PO Number field. The Record a Date automation recognizes any input into this field and posts a date into the PO date stamp column. The user selects the Buyer Action Complete drop down and selects green once they are ready. The move-row-to-another-sheet automation does not always take action.
Does anyone have any clues on why the automation is not moving these rows after both conditions are being met? Screenshot below with 2 of 3 rows meeting the criteria:

Is it possible they are entering the PO number and marking it green at the same time so that te date field is blank when it is marked as green? Have you checked cell history to see when it was marked green in comparison to when the date was recorded?

Thanks Paul. You might be on to something, we'll have to test a few manual processes with the users.
I was under the impression they were entering data, saving and refreshing (per internal training instructions), but that might not be case…
