Allow editable formatting in automated emails

It would be great if similar to a document generator, we could generate an email template.

One example I have attached where it shows "1 row added or updated (shown in yellow)." It would be great if that was an option to enable or disable some of the email elements or have my own format filled out with information in my Sheet. Often times, I just want to send a summary of information to people without having them worry about accessing Smartsheet - the email is just for their awareness.

I am aware in the small brief at the top you can include {{Column}} information, but there are still elements in the email that are out of our control. The main goal of this is to have more control over the polish of our product we are showing to customers.

    Great suggestion – it’s an absolute must. Especially since we often send these automated emails to recipients outside our organisations. The ability to polish the layout and text of these emails should be a very high priority for Smartsheet.
