View owned items before removing a license

I need to remove a license from a user and when I do I'm asked if I want to transfer all their owned items to a new user.
How do I see what items they own? I've downloaded the Sheet Access Report and this user doesn't show up anywhere in the "Owners" column.

Didn't realize I had to download the report for individual users.
