3) Donor Allocation Request Form (unique ID) w/ Sheet Summary Metrics & Approval Workflow
4) Archive Form (New + Change + Allocation) for auditing purposes
5) Reports collates the New Request, Change Requests and Donor Allocations behaviors
6) Dashboard is the collection of Reports in different widget formats (e.g., Metric, Chart, Report, Web Content)
7) Workspace is the collection of Dashboards (multiple platform perspectives) with dynamic access
8) Group Admin provides the ability to manage dynamic access and assign by Dashboard in Workspace

There are other great features such as Proofs, DataShuttle and DataMesh.

Below is my availability. We may require follow up meetings and that is just fine because I absolutely love Smartsheets. I am literally leading a System Migration UAT which is about 90% - 95% fully automated post setup. Lost of upfront setup, but, the benefit is very low touch for Go Live.
