How do I remove just one person from receiving automated email reminders?

Hello! I have a colleague that no longer would like to receive the automated reminders only for a specific sheet. How do I remove them from the reminders without ended the reminders for everyone? I was not the one that set up the reminders. Thank you in advance!

Hi @Taylor Berry

The user can turn off the notifications themselves by clicking on their profile (lower left) and then choosing Notifications and unchecking what they don't want.
