Dynamic view not visible to all admin users

If i have shared a workspace with others and they have admin rights on the workspace, why are they not able to see the dynamic views that were created for a specific sheet same as what that if i create filters and make them shareable

Dynamic Views have separate sharing permissions. You will need to make sure those users are also added to the Dynamic Views themselves in the Dynamic View's settings.
