Why does my 'Copy rows' automated workflow ignore conditions?

Hi All,

I'm starting out with Smartsheets and trying to set up a basic workflow to copy rows into another sheet based on whether a checkmark field is checked. Please see below my current setup.

Having both tested or run the workflow, however, all the rows are being copied, not only the ones meeting the 'checked' condition. I'm trying to work out how to set up the workflow to only copy the rows that are checked?

Hello there,

I think that the condition is not necessary in that case as the changing the cell "project planning…" will trigger already the copying to the new sheet.

Also are there cases that when you add the new row with data the "project planning.." is already checked? maybe you can change the trigger from "when rows are added or changed" to "when rows are changed" and remove the condition. It should only copy the rows that you will mark.

Let me know what are the outputs of your tests.
