Unable to work with smartsheet !

Hi.

We have a big problem with our company account that have the Domain Strict login enabled !

Any of our accounts can connect to the support portal, so how can we contact the support without the ability to contact without a valid account ?!

How we can change the option when administrators can't access to admin portal ?

The new smartsheet mentality needs to be reviewed !It's been 24 hours since our company was trapped by support unable to help us.

We will therefore have to close the door of our company…..
