Workspace Restoration upon recovery from deleted folder - suggestion

Suggestion - If a workspace was deleted then restored. It would be nice to have the fully workspace restored.

Current state: Delete workspace items (sheets/reports/dashboard) are restored into the Owners sheets folder.

Future state: Delete workspace are restored back into original workspace (not into owner sheets folder)

When restoring items from the Deleted Items folder, the item will now go back to the original workspace! See: New streamlined creation experience
