How do I manage Unlicensed Admins and Editors user accounts

I am an admin on our Smartsheet account. When I open the Admin Center page and view the total users in our system, I see nearly 250 users listed as Unlicensed Admins and Editors. When I export the user type report I see that many of these accounts are no longer valid. I would like to "clean up" these accounts, removing those that are no longer needed and updating those that are. I am not able to find anywhere to do that. When I open the User Management page I see 43 total user accounts, but am not able find or access those listed as Unlicensed Admins and Editors. Where can I manage those accounts?

    From Admin Center …

    Then you can click More Actions, then Revoke Access to Items…

  • @DCWiseMan Thank you for replying to my question, I appreciate it. However, I would like to actually manage these additional 249 user accounts that exist in our system (not just their permissions and access) to the extent that I am able to remove the user accounts that are no longer needed. How can I do that? Thank you again, Russ

    Up at the top right where it says "Show All Users", click on that and scroll down to "Deactivated" that is likely where you will see these other addresses. You can only edit them if it has been less than 7 days I believe. After that, they are permanently deactivated. Once they are deactivated, they immediately lose access to your account.

  • Hello, I am trying to manage Unlicensed Admin and Editors, as well. When I go into my User Roles and Reports it only shows 4 of the 9 users with that role even though I have the view set to Show All Users. I am the licensed Admin so I have access to all views but can't see the other users anywhere except in the User Type Report. Any insight to this issue would be much appreciated. Thanks
