Why does she have to put in a passcode to access Smartsheet?

Hey! I have only one user that is being asked to put in a passcode/key to access Smartsheet. Why is this? We want to remove this requirement.

    Hi @Shawn_K2

It sounds like the passcode prompt might be due to two-factor authentication (2FA) or single sign-on (SSO) settings. If 2FA is enabled on the user's account, they can turn it off in their Smartsheet settings (unless enforced by company policy). For SSO, check with your IT team or Smartsheet admin to adjust any settings that may be triggering the prompt. You can also review the user's account settings in the Admin Center to ensure they align with company standards.

@ChristianFinke Thanks. Would the 2FA is enabled be in the user's personal settings?

Yes, if 2FA is enabled, the user can find it in their personal settings under Account > Personal Settings > Two-Factor Authentication. If it’s enabled by company policy, they might not be able to turn it off themselves, and your admin team would need to adjust it.
