I recently created a project from the templates provided - the 'Ticketing system' one. How would I go about changing the 'duration' column from days to hours? We report on an hourly basis for our projects but it's a locked field and when I edit it, it doesn't give me the option to change the type.

Duration is a locked field type because it is being used for the gantt chart in settings. You could create a separate "Hourly Duration" column and then hide the other column. Would this work?
