Dashboard Reports Issue!

Hi All,

I have unusual reporting issue which am unable to find solution in forum and am in need of some help.

The issue: When I open dashboard one of the report just flick and then goes blank.

Data / Filters testing: I've checked report, filters, all seems to be working fine and has correct data.

Quick Fix: Refreshing dashboard few times works and I can see report. If that doesn't work, I have to edit dashboard then just click on edit report and it start displaying results.

Data is coming from a {Master Stock Sheet} via links / formulas to a {Project Stock Sheet} to {Project Stock Report} and then to Dashboard.

Any help will be appreciated.

Yes tested in different browsers as well as on different user / machine. Still the same issue report just flick and then goes blank!

@Saj - I would escalate this to your Technical Account Manager if you don’t get a response here. Hopefully once you resolve this you’ll come back and post your findings. Glad you did share a workaround. All the best.

Hi @Saj,

I can confirm that the issue with report widgets on dashboards loading inconsistently has now been resolved and you should now see that report widgets load as usual.

@Saj We have the same issues + additional ones…. the reports are not showing up properly… I am in contact with @Barak Schriger … you can follow the conversation here as well and help solving this issue with inputs.
