Copy Row Automation Restricted to Provisioned Sheets
When I use the Copy Row Automation function I am only given the option to copy to another sheet that has been created/provisioned from the templates via the Control Centre.
As I only want to copy the rows to s different sheet for a specific Project is it possible to create a new sheet within the Project, i.e. not via Control Centre, and have this new sheet appear in the options on the automation?

To be able to use a Copy Row automation, you have to be either owner or admin of the target sheet. So if you create the new sheet, then yes. You can reference it in your automation.

Thank you for you response but unfortunately I have not found your answer to be correct as the original source of my question came after I created a new Grid when I had Admin rights.
I have found a work-around by copying the source sheet (Save as New) and deleting all the existing rows to create a blank sheet which then appears in the list of options within the Automation when searched for.

By copying the sheet, you are considered the owner of the copy. So being the owner of the target sheet is what allowed you to select the target sheet.

Thank you again for your response however in the original instance I created the new 'Target Sheet" from scratch and therefore I was the owner of this sheet and it still did not appear as an option to select from the Automation.

It can sometimes be delayed before a new sheet appears in the search. I have had it show up almost immediately, but I have also had it take a couple of days before it appeared in my search options when trying to set it up.
