Dashboards Randomly Displaying Blank Reports

I have encountered peculiar behavior with my dashboards over the past month. My reports are randomly displaying as blank. When I refresh the page, it's a hit or miss on which reports display. I have to keep refreshing until the report I want to see finally displays its data.

Recent changes:

• I've added a substantial number of new reports to the workspace, but not more than 6 or 7 to display on a single dashboard page.
• I do have multiple dashboards linked together.
• We have a new service provider (faster), but I still have the old one. When switching to the old one, it doesn't help either.

Has anyone else encountered this?

It almost feels like the dashboard doesn't have enough time to populate the report before the dashboard is displayed. Is there a way to slow down my dashboard display to allow the reports to populate?

Hi Chris,

We have been experiencing the same and the behaviour has been increasing in the past week or two. I've posted a question about it yesterday too and a few people have replied saying they are experiencing the same issue. We have raised it with support and has been raised by others too. We are experiencing the behaviour across our workspaces and people access our dashboards from a variety of countries on different browser, devices and internet connections and we are all experiencing it on and off.

Hi all,

I can confirm that the issue with report widgets on dashboards loading inconsistently has now been resolved and you should now see that report widgets load as usual.
