Linked Sheets/Copied Rows

I created an automation that copies a row from one sheet to another based on certain conditions. What I am curious about is if there is a way to have information flow back to the originating sheet if changes are made in the 'linked to' sheet. Currently, I can only get the row information to flow one way and I'd like it to be two way. Example: Sheet A moves a row to Sheet B. Changes are made to the row in Sheet B. Changes are reflected back in Sheet A so that Sheet A and Sheet B match.

This is possible with Data Mesh. Otherwise, it is only possible through Index/Match and 1 way.
