Room Reservation System using Dashboard- Calendar, Dynamic View, Form, Report

Hello all,

I have seen a number of posts on this subject but none with the most recent updates in Smartsheet. I want to create a booking system that has a root back end grid in which each desk space (70ish distinguised by Room Number and with an added filter of Floor and Direction [2nd floor, 3rd floor West, 3rd floor East, 4th floor West, 4th floor East]) is available and the dates to book are daily (week day only Mon-Fri). From this I'd like to have a form in which a person must select themselves, their Division, select the space (which only shows if it is available on the selected date). I'd like the automations to email a weekly reminder of upcoming bookings for the following week while past dates are archived to a different sheet. I would build a calendar off of this with the filter of Work Area (2nd floor, 3rd floor West, 3rd floor East, 4th floor West, 4th floor East) and filter of work team Division.

Has anyone done something complex like this? Could you break it down?

This is absolutely possible. It will take some automations and fancy formulas, but that is something I have worked on before.
