Please allow system admins the ability to change user permissions for a person across the board. You are implementing a new pricing model and I cannot effectively audit my users because this basic feature is not available. For example. I have Unlicensed editors with their activity being 60+ days that need to be viewers. I will also be actively auditing users to ensure we stay under our license count going forward and need the ability to move permissions around.
