don't find Smartsheet in Teams desktop

a client of my organization told me that she can no longer find the Smartsheet application in Teams desktop/web, but it is found in the Android/Iphone versions, the application was authorized and available in Teams but it cannot be found more . I only see Smartsheet EU. Is this a problem on our side or a change that I am unaware of?
