question on set up?
In smart sheets I am creating a trucker list with delivery schedule. We deliver custom cabinets that we build each week and have 3 or 4 deliveries each week. Am I better off putting this in 1 main smartsheet or having a different smart sheet for each area that we deliver. We have a truck a week to carolinas and 1 to florida and 1 to Michigan and one to Ohio.

It's better to put it in one sheet with a column for area. Create filters for each area to only display a specific area if needed.
