An invitation to the WorkApp would prompt the new user to create an account

As it stands now, the multi-step process seems slightly inefficient and potentially confusing for both admins and users when inviting new users to access a Workapp. As it will not allow them to use the Workapp right away after being prompted to create a new account.

Here’s the approach I had in mind:

1. Add the user’s email for access to the Workapp in the proper role.
2. Mark “Notify newly added people” so that the email is automatically sent.
3. The user would receive a consolidated email and notification prompting them to create a Smartsheet account, automatically granting them access to the WorkApp in their proper role so they can utilize it right away.
