Share notification emails from deactivated user

Six months ago, I deactivated a user. (Interestingly, his name doesn't show up in the list of deactivated users.) Now, when I share a sheet with someone and cc myself on the share email, the notification I get from SmartSheet says the sender is the deactivated user, not me. How do I get that persons name out of the system?

    That does seem to be unexpected, and I’m not seeing the same behaviour in my testing. According to our documentation, the from name and reply to email address in the email notification should be the triggering user (in this case, you, as you’re the one sharing the sheet). 

    Who does it show as the sheet owner? Open the sheet and click the Share button to see who is listed as the owner. 

    I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team and providing the sheet ID (open the sheet and click File > Properties) as well as the email address of the user that was deactivated so they can investigate this and communicate with you via private channels.
