Workflow: Update Request Complete in Inbox

Smartsheet Community:
How Do I Allow The Update Request to Be Completed in Outlook? I Created The Automation Update Request Workflow, Received The Email in My Inbox, but I am Unable to Update from My Email. I Have to Open The Sheet.

Update Requests send a Link to open a Form in a new tab. If your mailbox has security on it that strips links or prevents pop-ups / new tabs opening, it's possible that the Update Request button will not work because of these security blockers.
I would recommend talking to your IT department to see if your Outlook has any additional security checks enabled that may strip links.
Let me know if that helps! If not, it would be useful to see a screen capture of what the Update Request email looks like in your inbox, and what happens when you click the link to open it.
