Help with my notifications

Hello, I think I have my automations and trigger set up correct, but it is not sending the email when a new entry has been submitted. So I'm sure I've missed something. Can anyone help? I've attached the automation workflow. Also, in the worksheet, the new entries are in blue. Any clue why this is? Thank you in advance

    1. Personal Notification Preferences: If you're listed as a recipient in the automation, check your personal notification preferences in Smartsheet. Make sure the "Include my changes in sheet notifications" box is checked. If this is unchecked and you're the one triggering the automation, Smartsheet will filter out notifications for your own changes. You can find it in Account » Personal Settings » Notifications.
    2. Trigger Setup: From the screenshots, ensure the trigger conditions are correctly configured to match the action you're expecting (e.g., "When rows are added" or specific field changes). If you're using formulas or linked cells to populate data, keep in mind that these cannot directly trigger automations.     3. Workflow Loops: In your screenshot, there are multiple workflows in your sheet. Could your workflows be deactivating because it’s creating a loop with other workflows? You can test this by temporarily deactivating other workflows to see if it resolves the issue.

    Regarding the blue rows in your sheet, these indicate rows added during your session. If rows are being added by another user or through a form, they may briefly appear in blue when the sheet is refreshed. This is just a visual indicator and doesn’t affect how automations work.
