Allow Images, Field Formula Calculations, and Layout Customization in Forms

Allow Images: It would be so great to be able to add images to the form layout that can be viewed within the form. This could be used for multiple purposes (ex. Order or Item selection based on image. Ex. Provide visual instruction or assistance to help user complete the form.)

Field Formula Calculations: If a form's underlying sheet has fields with formulas calculating data based on what is added through the form, it would be incredibly beneficial to also be able to add those fields in the form so the user can view the calculations in the form without having to go to the sheet to view.

Example: A good example of this is when a sales rep is putting together a sales quote, and enters various costs, taxes, fees, etc. Before submitted the quote form, it would be helpful to view the calculated quote total beforehand so adjustments could be made prior to submitting the form.

Layout Customization: Form fields can only be added to a form in vertical format with no option to improve the layout and spacing between fields. So often a form can get really long, even when dynamic logic is used. It would be very nice to have the option to put smaller fields (like dates, phone numbers, or dollar amount data) side-by-side to shorten form length AND improve the user experience. This would be especially helpful if my above request for field calculations within a form was available. Below is an example:

Example: The form's improved layout with field calculation ability would be ideal for creating quotes or order forms. There would be a text field to show item description, with a $ amount field next to the description, and then a grand total would automatically add the total of multiple fields above.

PLEASE consider this request. If Adobe Acrobat has the ability to do the above, then Smartsheet should be able to do it too.

Thank you for providing your feedback! However, since there are 3 separate requests in the same post, I've removed this post from the Product Ideas section - each individual idea needs to be its own separate post so that other members can vote on which one they agree with, and so that the Product team can post updates for each item as they likely won't all be addressed at once.
