Automation triggering multiple emails

I am admin of a sheet, I have created 9 automations , different set of criterias, as such that once a status field is approved, for a specific criteria, Approval email should be triggered to creator. This person instead of receiving 1 email receives 9 email.

  • Could you provide a bit more of an explanation of what you are expecting the behavior to be? From how you worded the above, since each automation has its own threshold criteria that needs to be met, it makes sense why the end user received 9 different emails.

    Are you trying to have one email sent with 9 different approvals within the one email?
