This enhancement request will allow the user to access and view Collections from the Browse menu. Currently you have to navigate into the workspace and click into an asset to view the "Workspace Panel" in order to access the Collections.

Thank you Brandon for putting this out there. It would be nice to be able so simply share the Collection without sharing the whole workspace. I guess that is how I would see this working. That you share the collection so you don't have to share the whole workspace OR create a separate workspace with the same info.
At this time, you cannot see collections that you have created unless you are inside a sheet/asset within the collection, making it difficult to locate them. Can they be viewable just like a workspace?
Smartsheet should look in to adding the collections in a workspace to to the Browse screen on desktop. Currently on mobile when you are shared to a collection and no other assets in the workspace you can still see the workspace when you click Browse and open the collection from there. On desktop you have to open an asset in that workspace and open the worskspace panel to see the collections. Adding collections on the browse screen would eliminate the unnecessary step of opening an asset first.
Absolutely - the lack of intuitive navigation to collections is a deal breaker for us.
Collections are a great way to share certain assets within a workspace, but I agree that this should be on the browse panel, as a super user, there is just a lot of workspaces to deal with, and it is frankly quite confusing to keep track of where the collection is, yes going into the workspace helps, but having them shown in the browse panel would add a lot of value.
It would be extremely beneficial to have the ability to manually assign colors to individual projects within the Timeline View. As the smartsheet admin for Europe, it would be extremely helpful to be able to view all Automations / recurring emailed reports in one place as opposed to sheet level. It's almost impossible to ensure everything is working correctly / delete recurring emailed reports without this.
It would be nice to be able to deactivate all automations at one time when I need to work on a sheet. Then to be able to activate all of them at one time when I am finished. One of my sheets has 48 automations. It is extremely time consuming to deactivate them one at a time. Thanks! Freda
