I think a Published Performer badge for users who create published reports, dashboards, sheets, etc., and a Distinguished Dashboarder badge for users who create dashboards. You could award it by request or by how many dashboards and published pages they are admin or owners of.

I'm honestly impressed by the creativity of some of these badges already made by the Smartsheets team. A Community Mentor badge might be cool to have. Basically add a button to peoples profiles so others can nominate them for it. It might be nice to follow people too. Some of these folks have great post all the time.

I'd create a badge called Terrific Teacher (or some other form of alliteration) that one can earn after they "teach" someone else something about Smartsheet….could be a presentation, a webinar, a user group or even a peer-to-peer troubleshooting session. They say you have to really know you're stuff to be able to teach things to others so it's a win-win….the one who learns and the one who reinforces their learning by teaching!

Not great at coming up with clever names, but a series of badges recognizing proficiency with premium apps might be nice.

I'd introduce a badge for users based on the number of Smartsheet assets they create or own.
Something like Creation Commander
For example, badges could be awarded at milestones such as 10, 100, 1,000, 2,000, 3,000 assets, and so on.
This would be a fantastic way to recognize and celebrate the contributions of our community members in their respective companies.Michelle Basson

I would suggest a group of people specific to helping others with formula — such as The Formulators!

I agree with @Will Duplex for the Observer, Seeker, Contributor, Counselor, Leader, and Ambassador badge idea

Gosh, I love all the answers that have already been submitted. It's hard to think of a new badge, but maybe a monthly or annual award for the most creative use of Smartsheet?

If you could create a new badge in Community, what would it be?

I think it would be great to see other badges for integrating Smartsheet with other software and manipulating both to make them work together. I've seen them for linking with Adobe, but maybe for other things like Microsoft, Google, or even crazy data shuffling.

If you could create a new badge in Community, what would it be?
"Multi-tab Master" For those who have 12+ tabs of Smartsheet open at any given time! -
Years of Service. I think this is something very useful at my current job and my previous. Lots of focus on who's been here forever and has a wealth of tribal knowledge and who's also new and trying to get the lay of the land. For Smartsheet, it is nice to know if someone's only been in the platform for a few days/weeks/months or if they've been here awhile and seen some things.

"Community Mentor" for someone that has responded to questions asked in the Community forum and offered assistance to help others. 😀

Research Guru
-
Workflow Wizard - for those who assist other users in troubleshooting automation workflows.
