Problem with Desktop App

Dear Smartsheet,
I have just noticed that when I want to configure Mapping for Document Builder in the Desktop App in Windows I get such white screen?

When you first downloaded the desktop app, did you enable extensions? If you missed it, at the top left of the app, select Help > Manage extensions.
