Assets and Workspaces Use - Dashboard reporting

Anyone familiar with the Admin center has the chart that displays the total asset count per account (workspaces, sheets, reports, dashboards) pictured below.

I'd like to generate a month over month view of these metrics on our company dashboard to show the growth/use of Smartsheet for our leadership team. We are newer to the program and I'm trying to show the value in how people are using it.

Other than needing to remember to view/manually capture that data on the first of every month, is anyone familiar with a way to generate a report with that information that is either auto-generates on the first of the month and/or contains a timestamp so i can summarize data?

Hi @Paige S.!

After researching our documentation, I found that there are two ways to access plan insights:

To view the dashboard, log into the Admin Center and select Plan Insights from the left menu.
To share the report, select Download as PDF from the top of the screen.

The plan usage report updates once per day and currently only covers the last 91 days, the time frame cannot be adjusted. You can find more details here: Admin Center: Plan Insights.

That being said, your idea of generating an automated report with timestamps sounds like a valuable enhancement. When you have a moment, I encourage you to submit a feature request to the Product team by creating an Idea post in the Smartsheet Product Feedback & Ideas topic.
