We have a workflow for position requests (pre-submission approvals) where end users can submit a request for multiple positions. On the back end, we need to break out these requests into multiple rows so that key data elements can be provided for each position being requested. E.g., if 6 staff are requested via one form submission, we need to break this into 6 discrete lines on the back end. It would be great if there was an option with forms (or an automation function) to break out multiple rows based on the number denoted in the form submission e.g., "# of positions being requested."
Currently, there is no way to set this up to occur automatically and it requires manual intervention, which can be cumbersome for a large organization.
