I use Smartsheet to process requests and want to be able to send back a message, some information in columns and an attachment. I use update request, but don't really need an update.
I also wish the message box was a little easier to work with. It's pretty small and I usually have to scroll to type in a complete message.
Also could there be built in instructions that accompany the email sent through automation? Like click on the blue open to see the next instruction.

Yes, to all of those comments! We use Smartsheet for approvals, and returning documents and information to many users who are not Smartsheet users. We wish there was a more user friendly way of sending messages and without the link to the sheet as an option.
