Data Shuttle to merge changes / add rows not working

hello,

I am testing data shuttle to add new rows from an excel file while also updating the information of existing rows with the same unique identifier, but it appears that only updates work and no new rows are added. Anyone have any experience with this?

Hi @kowal, I escalated the issue but fixed it myself after recreating everything (source file, sheet, DS workflow). So all good now, thanks!

Yes I do work a lot with Excel to Smartsheet datashuttle and it updates the existing and adds new rows.

It should work for you the same with the current setting.
