Alert someone when a row is deleted

Hello, I have this workflow configured. However, when a row with data is deleted from the sheet, the notification is triggered, and an email is sent, but the data from that row is not displayed within the email. Does this workflow notification allow for the data to flow into the notification so the user knows what's actually been deleted?

Hi,
I hope you're well and safe!
It's because when the Workflow triggers, there's no data left. A workaround could be to move the row to another sheet and have it trigger from that sheet instead.Make sense?
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic day!

Hi @mmac
Technically, the alert is running after the row has been deleted, which means the data was already deleted by the time this workflow runs, so I believe it is not possible to include what was deleted within the email alert.

Thank you @Andrée Starå and @Mounika for the insight. I understand the logic, but I was hopeful that the automated alert would carry over the data that was deleted, similar to how you can review the change history of the sheet. Otherwise, for this instance, the alert just tells you something has been deleted, but no one knows through the alert what that something is.

Happy to help!
Yes, that would be ideal, and maybe that is something that could be developed.
