Resource Management: Collect Task "Start/End Dates" and Task "Status" Type

I don't see a way to add tags to collect a row/tasks Start Date or End Date, so it can be reported against in the Resource Management Report. Also, my team would like to be able to set a custom date range for the report but have it remain. Such as "Last 7 Days / Next 7 Days" and keep it in place as an option to select. Much like "Last 90 Days / Next 90 Days" where it's always based off of TODAY'S Date. Can this be an enhancement request?

Any method to collect the STATUS of a task within Resource Management? Not the project status, but a single assigned task status. Would love to be able to filter on task Status within Resource Management.
