When reviewing the update requests on a sheet, I can see when the update request was sent (Pending Status), and also if the user submitted an update (Complete status). However, what I can't see is if the User actually submitted a change or not unless I exit the "Update Requests" and access the "Activity Log" to search for changes on that row. I also cannot tell the date of the Complete status. I can only view the Sent date of the Update Request.
Some suggested ideas to handle this in development would be to create an additional status such as "Complete - No Change" , or add another column in the Update Requests with a checkbox that an Activity was Logged when the status changed to "Complete". In addition, perhaps a general link to the Activity Log would also be added into the Update Requests Log for easy access to view the change made. Overall, there should be a way to track this, as the system alerts the user when there is no change noticed upon submission, and should be able to be flagged when received without a change for the that row through the form.
As far as the date of the Complete status, that also should be an easy column to update the date when the system receives the Update Request form submission back from the user that it was sent to.
