Our company is adding new sheets to project folders, and some of them need to be in our archived project folders as well so that we can draw from our project history. Right now Global Updates does not support adding New Templates to Archived project folders. I can manually create sheets from the Toolkit Template, so there is a workaround. However, unless we reprovision every archived project to include these sheets, the Programs scope of Reports will not recognize them, even if we check the Archived checkbox. If the Global Updates feature is not available, at least it would bve helpful if the Report scope could "find" these manually created sheets.
