Currently, when working with Reports in Smartsheet, it is not possible to send multiple selected rows if they come from different source sheets. Also, when sending rows, the recipient is redirected to the original sheet instead of seeing the content directly.
It would be very useful to:
- Select and send multiple rows directly from a Report, even if they belong to different sheets.
- Allow the email to display the row details without forcing the recipient to open the source sheet.
This improvement would save time, reduce confusion, and make Reports a more powerful communication tool for sharing consolidated information.
