🏥 Where I work & role
I’m a Grant & Development Coordinator at a community-based organization that is also a certified culturally specific behavioral health provider. Our work blends behavioral health, community health services, public health programming, and a cancer support center.
📊 Background & Smartsheet experience
I began using Smartsheet in August 2025. While I’m still fairly new to the platform, I bring a hybrid background across healthcare systems and operations — from supporting clinics during COVID-19 to coordinating community health and public health initiatives. I also hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, which guides how I approach process improvement and systems design. That mindset has made Smartsheet a natural fit for my work.
🛠️ How I’m using Smartsheet today
In just over a year, I’ve designed and build three systems for our organization from the ground up using Smartsheet:
- ✅ A referral tracking system that care teams use daily, with dashboards leadership reviews to monitor outcomes and progress.
- ✅ An internal IT request tracker to ensure staff support needs are met.
- ✅ Grant and program dashboards that senior management relies on for real-time visibility and decision-making.
🤝 What I’d like to learn from peers
I’m eager to learn how others in healthcare and life sciences are using Smartsheet to strengthen cross-department collaboration, maintain compliance, and support leadership decision-making. I’d love to see creative ways people are adapting Smartsheet in complex healthcare settings.
