I have been using Smartsheet for a few years primarily focused on a I.T. PMO scope, however I recently changed into the education space supporting a K-12 environment. Though I am in the I.T. department, the project support extends to the entire campus and all departments.
For those that have been in education with a longer tenure using Smartsheet, how have you tailored what is tracked, shared and presented? From an I.T. perspective, and projects in general, it has always been cost, schedule, tasks and resources. How is that different in a K-12 environment?
Also, if anyone is going to the Engage Conference in Seattle, it would be great to connect with those in education in general, but K-12 for direct feedback.
