While doing an internal collaborator MFA rollout, I encountered a bug that was forcing non-internal domain collaborators to enroll in MFA. We have an Enterprise plan and one of the reasons we are on Enterprise is that it allows domain-level MFA selection. For whatever reason, it is now not possible to undo the MFA requirement for our external collaborators unless I go one-by-on in User Roles and Reports → each user's options → Manage MFA Exemption. For a plan with hundreds of users, this is a non-starter. We need a tool that takes a csv of users emails, or an additional column in the existing bulk update users feature to bulk-manage the MFA exemption. Support doesn't even have a tool to do this. Please consider this request.
