Our office is analyzing if Smartsheet will work on a new task we've been assigned. We would like to 1) send a Smartsheet to about 250 users, each user fills in a variety of data (some will have 3 rows of information and others will have about 200 rows of information), and then 2) later combine those responses into one project for export.
From what I've discovered on forums so far, it seems like the main functionality of Smartsheet is that individual forms feed nicely into a consolidated spreadsheet. I cannot ask the users with 200 rows of data to submit individual forms representing each row of data.
Can Smartsheet support a spreadsheet within a form? Do I have to make 250 individual Smartsheet projects to email? Do I have other options?
