My team is looking to use Smartsheet capabilities as we continue building an dashboard for tracking KPIs across various project initiatives. Each initiative has its own row in Smartsheet, and we've included the initiative owner in the corresponding column. Some initiative owners are listed for multiple initiatives.
We're aiming to streamline our weekly KPI update process by creating a form that requests each initiative owner to update the relevant KPIs for their initiatives. Right now, we're concerned that initiative owners who oversee multiple initiatives may receive several emails or requests—one for each initiative—rather than a single consolidated update request.
Is there a way in Smartsheet to ensure that each initiative owner receives only one email or request per week, which allows them to update all the KPIs for every initiative they're
responsible for? I've attached a screenshot of our columns for reference.
